NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROBIN KAY CETTA has filed a Petition to Admit Will to Probate, For Issuance of Letters Testamentary and for Summary Administration of the Estate of the Decedent, GORDON RICHARD WIEST, and has set the matter for a hearing on this 8th day of July, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., in Department II of the Third Judicial District Court in Yerington, Nevada.
The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Personal Representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
