NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MICHAEL DEAN JOHNSON has petitioned the Court for an Order assigning and setting aside the Estate of FRANK FELIX, Deceased, without administration pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070, and has set the matter for a hearing on this 29th day of July, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., in Department I of the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate, including any after-discovered assets, be set aside pursuant to the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament to the Decedent’s children: TERESA ALANIZ (now Holsapple), FRANK WILLIAM FELIX, TINA M. FELIX, TONI ANN MCCOLLUM, and MICHAEL DEAN JOHNSON, in equal shares, outright.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
