NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tracy Tom

and Carole M. Pope have been appointed and

qualified by the First Judicial District Court of

the State of Nevada, in and for the County of

Storey, on the 17th day of May, 2024, as Co-

Administrators of the Estate of Daniel Francis

McCarthy, aka Daniel F. McCarthy, aka Daniel

McCarthy, deceased.

All creditors having claims against the estate

are required to file the claims with the Clerk

of the Court within ninety (90) days after the

mailing or the first publication (as the case

may be) of this notice.

NRS 147.070 requires claims for $250.00 or

more to be supported by Affidavit.

A copy of any claim filed is to be mailed to the

attorney for the estate.
