NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
undersigned has been appointed as
Successor Trustee of THE GAYLE TIMKEN
TRUST dated November 12, 2024, as a
personal representative of the estate of
GAYLE TIMKEN, deceased. The Settlor of that
trust died on May 29, 2024. A creditor having
a claim against the Settlor and/or against
the trust estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address given below within
90 days after the first publication of this notice.
