NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KENT R. CARTER and KAREN K. BEIER are the duly appointed and qualified Trustees of the GERALD AND NORMA CARTER FAMILY TRUST dated August 25, 2006, and any amendments thereto. The Settlors of that Trust, GERALD R. CARTER died February 18, 2010; NORMA M. CARTER died December 28, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the Settlors and against said Trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
