Carson City road report for June 24 to 30, 2024

Road report as of Thursday. The following applies to June 24-30:

Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

2nd Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic through June 30, 2025 for construction.

Curry Street between King Street and 2nd Street will be closed to traffic on Wednesday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Hidden Meadow Drive between 5th Street and Buzzy’s Ranch Road will be closed to traffic Tuesday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Follow detour

Pat Lane between Silver Sage Drive and Nona Drive will be closed to traffic on Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

5th Street between Hells Bells Road and Marsh Road will be closed to westbound traffic from Monday-Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastbound traffic will have flagger control from Monday-Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

5th Street between Hells Bells and Marsh Road will be closed to eastbound traffic from Tuesday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Westbound traffic will have flagger control Tuesday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Butti Way between Airport Road and Fairview Drive will be reduced to a single lane from June 17, 2024 to June 28, 2024, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Camille Drive between Rand Avenue and Hamilton Avenue will have reduced lanes from June 28 to July 2, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Carson Street between Adams Street and Park Street will have reduced northbound lanes to June 28, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Curry Street between Adams Street and Park Street will be reduced to a single lane until July 5, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Goni Road between Arrowhead Drive and College Parkway will have reduced lanes on Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Mallory Way near 800 Mallory Way will have reduced lanes Monday-Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Musser Street between Plaza Street and Stewart Street will have reduced lanes from Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Ormsby Boulevard between Ash Canyon Road and Washington Street will be reduced to a single lanes Monday-Wednesday, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Robinson Street between Valley Street and Roop Street will have reduced lanes from Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Bus stops will be closed during construction. Robinson Street between Anderson Street and Walsh Street may be closed during this time. Detours will be provided.

Saliman Road near Seely Loop will have narrow lanes from Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Silver Sage Drive between Nona Drive and Chateau Drive will have reduced lanes on Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Simone Avenue near 305 Simone Avenue will have shoulder work Monday-Tuesday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Eastbound U.S. 50 on Dayton Hill will be reduced to one lane on Wednesday, from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Westbound lanes will not be impacted. Anticipate moderate travel delays.

William Street between Roop Street and Saliman Road will have shoulder work on the eastbound side of the street. The bike path will be closed and trucks will be entering and exiting the roadway from Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Winnie Lane between Mountain Street and Carson Street will have shoulder work on the southside of Winnie Lane from Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. No street parking on Winnie Lane due to lane shifts.
