NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Paul Robel and Carole M. Pope have been appointed and qualified by the First Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, in and for the County of Carson City, on the 14th day of May, 2024, as Co-Administrators of the Estate of Tammy Cross, aka Tammy J. Cross, aka Tammy Jean Cross, deceased.
All creditors having claims against the estate are required to file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within sixty (60) days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
NRS 147.070 requires claims for $250.00 or more to be supported by Affidavit.
A copy of any claim filed is to be mailed to the attorney for the estate.
