NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Ronald Scott Rich, is one of the beneficiaries under a Deed Effective Upon Death executed by Shirley R. Hendricks (Grantor) on the 22nd day of June, 2022, and Recorded on July 28, 2022, and that said Grantor, Shirley R. Hendricks, died on May 27, 2024. Shirley R. Hendricks had a date of birth of April 23, 1936. Any creditor having a claim against the Grantor, Shirley R. Hendricks, must file their claim with the undersigned at PO Box 1352, Glen Ellen, CA 95442, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
