Kicking off our weekend lineup we have Illumination Studio’s 2023 animated comedy adventure Migration, rated PG and sponsored by Central Nevada Health District.

Mack is an adventure-loathing duck who does not intend to leave his New England pond anytime soon. However, he is convinced by his more adventurous family to travel south for the winter, resulting in the vacation of a lifetime.

This film plays at 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday with a runtime of 1 hour and 23 minutes.

For our 7 p.m. movie we’re throwing it way back to 1939 with a John Wayne classic, “Stagecoach.” This story follows the adventures and perils of nine strangers traveling together across the rough frontier and also stars Claire Trevor and Andy Devine.

It won two Oscars in 1940 including Best Music/Scoring and Thomas Mitchell won for Best Actor in a Supporting Role. The runtime is 1 hour and 36 minutes.

Looking ahead, we’ll be hosting Acid Box, a Fallon-local band that blends hard rock, heavy metal, and punk with a blues influence on July 20 at 7 p.m. They’ll be joined by additional local talent, Anabelle and the Desert Scrubs. The cover charge is $10.

In August we’ll be participating in the 10th annual Community Reunion with a free concert on Aug. 16 at 7 p.m. with River Rogue and theatre tours on Saturday. Aug. 17 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
