NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to
NRS 164.025 that THOMAS CLARENCE
DETERS is the duly appointed and qualified
trustee of the 2020 RESTATEMENT OF
THE RICHARD HUGO BEIN TRUST, dated
September 3, 2009.
RICHARD HUGO BEIN died on November
19, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the grantor
and/or against the trust estate must file a
claim with the undersigned at the address
given below within 90 days after the mailing
of this Notice for creditors who received the
Notice via mail, or within 90 days after the first
publication of this notice.
