NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR ORDER CONFIRMING SALE OF 

REAL PROPERTY

Hearing Time: 9:00 AM 

NOTICE IS GIVEN that a VERIFIED PETITION FOR ORDER CONFIRMING 

SALE OF REAL PROPERTY (“Petition”) has been filed in this Court. The Petition 

prays for an Order authorizing the following: 

1. Authorization to sell all of the interest of the decedent in that certain parcel of real property, situated in the county of Churchill state of Nevada, located at 655 Churchill St., Fallon, NV 89406 (APN 001-582-07)., more particularly described as follows: 

Lot Number Six (6) in Block Number Seven 

(7) of the Verplank Addition to the town (now 

city) of Fallon, Nevada, according to the map 

and plat on file in the office of the County 

Recorder of Churchill County, Nevada, under 

File No. 2577. 

2. Confirmation of sale of the foregoing described real property to Angel Gonzague 

Alverez, as purchaser, for a total purchase price of $40,000.00 cash at close of escrow and on the further terms and conditions more particularly described in the Petition of the Personal Representative herein on file. 

A hearing on the foregoing Petition has been fixed by the Court for March 26, 2024, 9:00 a.m., 73 N. Maine St. Ste B, Fallon NV 89406. 

All persons interested in this matter are hereby notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be approved. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object. 

Any person desiring to bid on the fee interest of the Decedent in the property is notified to appear at the above time and place and bid an amount of $5,000 or more in excess of the stated purchase price of $40,000.00 for the Decedent’s interest.
