Rafael Munoz-Ramos
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday arrested Rafael Munoz-Ramos of Dayton for three counts of sexual assault on a child younger than 14 years old, according to a news release.
No other personal information about Munoz-Ramos was included in the statement. His bail is set at $300,000.
