Notice is hereby given that TINA LONCHAR (“TINA”) and STEVEN SCLAFANI (“STEVEN”), the Guardians of the person and estate of BEVERLY MAE REYKERS, an adult Protected Person, have filed in this Court a Petition for Authority to Sell Property and for Confirmation of Sale of Real Property for the real property located at 5 Esther Circle, Carson City, NV 89706, together with the manufactured residence located thereon, in the Guardianship of BEVERLY MAE REYKERS, and a hearing has been set for the 30th day of April 2024, at 8:30AM, at the courthouse of the above-entitled court to confirm such sale. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear at the time and place mentioned in this notice and show cause why the petition should not be granted, or to bid on the subject property.
