INVITATION TO BID: The Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe is inviting firms to submit sealed bids for generally contracted construction services relating to the FPST LIHTC I Homes project. The project is located in Fallon, Nevada, and consists of the new construction of 22 units on 7 multifamily buildings, a community building and infrastructure development. The unit mix consists of 1,2,3 and 4-bedroom homes and community spaces that total 29,646 square feet. Sealed bids for General Contractor Construction Services for the project will be received by FPST until 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on June 20, 2024. Interested parties can attend the pre-bid meeting on Tuesday May 28th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) Bid documents may be obtained from Travois Design by email at elsa@travois.com. All Tribal Tax and TERO provisions are outlined within the bid documents and questions can be sent to the TERO office for assistance.
