NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROBERT GETTO, Churchill County Public Administrator, Administrator of the estate, will sell at public sale (net to the estate) upon the terms and conditions hereinafter mentioned, and subject to confirmation by the above-entitled Court on the 28th day of May, 2024, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., at the Tenth Judicial District Court, located at 73 N. Main Street, in Fallon, Nevada, the real property as referenced below:

A parcel of land in the NW ¼ of NE ¼ of
Section 7, Township 19 North, Range 27
East, M.D.B.&M., according to the Official
Plat thereof, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the
NE ¼ of Section 7, Township 19 North,
Range 27 East, M.D.B. &M. thence East
along the North line of said Section 7 a
distance of 815.86 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence around the parcel as
follows:
South 01̊50’ East a distance of 307.25 feet;
thence East a distance of 504.1 feet to the
East line of the NW ¼ of NE ¼ of said
Section 7; thence North 01̊53’ West along
said East line a distance of 307.25 feet to the
North line of said Section 7; thence West a
distance of 503.74 feet to the true point of
beginning.
