NOTICE OF MODIFICATION

TO EXISTING TARIFF

All My Sons Moving and Storage of Las Vegas,

LLC filed an application for approval of a tariff rate

modification under Docket 24-05019 with regards

to services granted under CPCN 3256.3. The

Applicant has also requested interim authority.

Persons with a direct and substantial interest in

the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene

at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must

conform to the Authority’s regulations and must

be filed on or before May 31, 2024.
