NOTICE OF HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Clifford S. Bard

and David Gamble, Jr., the Petitioners by and

through counsel, Krista Meier, have filed a

“Petition for Full Administration; Petition for

Full Authority to Administer Estate Pursuant

to Independent Administration of Estates Act;

and for Appointment of Administrator of Estate

and for Issuance of Letters of Administration.”

This matter is set for hearing on June 24,

2024 at 8:30 a.m., in Department I of the First

Judicial District Court, 885 E. Musser Street,

Carson City, Nevada.

The petition requests authority to

administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

Co-Administrators will be required to give

notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause is

shown why it should not be.

This matter will be approved without further

hearing unless an objection is filed. You do

not need to appear unless you wish to object.
