The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in located Larissa Rupert, 16. Rupert was last seen in the 4000 block of Lakeview Drive about 6:45 p.m. Friday.
She was reported to have visited a neighbor's home on Penny Lane, near her residence on
Lakeview Drive, which was confirmed by the homeowner’s surveillance camera.
Rupert left that home, and her whereabouts are now unknown. Search and Rescue, along with a UAS/Drone, were used to search for her, and she has not been located.
She is described as a black female juvenile, 5-foot 6-inches tall, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and a black watch cap with the word “Chevelle” on it. She has shaved her head since the picture attached to this press release.
She is developmentally delayed.
“Hikers and hunters frequent the area where she went missing,” CCSO said in a press release. “We are asking those who visit that area to be vigilant for Larissa.”
