We hope everyone had a pleasant and safe Veterans Day weekend.
Thank you to everyone who spent some time with us at the movies. Our comedy weekend is coming up and we hope you’re looking as forward to it as we are.
On Friday and Saturday at 6 p.m., we will be showing “The Little Mermaid.” This 2023 live-action adventure starring Halle Bailey and Melissa McCarthy tells the story of a young mermaid who makes a deal with a sea witch to trade her beautiful voice for human legs so she can discover the world above water and impress a prince. The film is rated PG.
On Friday night at 7 p.m., we have a special standup comedy event with Lee Hardin. Based out of Nashville, Lee has been touring the country and telling relatable jokes and stories. In 2019, his comedy special, “Not Quite A Grown-Up” was released on DryBar Comedy. Lee also made his television debut on The Mike Huckabee Show where he also performs regularly as the warm-up act.
This show is clean, family friendly, and for everyone to enjoy. Admission is $20 and tickets may be purchased online, the link to which can be found through our Facebook events or on our website.
Playing alongside “The Little Mermaid” on Saturday night at 7 p.m., we have “Escape from Germany” sponsored by Fallon Family Dental Care and RE/MAX. In 1939, Hitler's army was closing borders and 85 American missionaries were in Germany serving their church. The escape of these missionaries from Nazi Germany is one of the most dramatic events to occur in modern church history. The movie is rated PG.
Next weekend, plan on joining us for some live music with Steve & Raena with special guest Annabelle on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. Admission is $12 at the door.
