NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified
trustee of The Phyllis M. Gafford Revocable
Trust dated March 21, 2024, (“Trust”), the
trustor of that Trust, Phyllis M. Gafford died
on April 1, 2024. Pursuant to NRS 164.025, a
creditor having a claim against the settlor and
against the Trust estate must file a claim with
the undersigned at the address given below
within 90 days after the first publication of this
notice. A failure to file a claim within 90 days
may impact your right to recover.
