NOTICE OF APPLICATION

JE Moving Services, LLC filed an application to

provide household goods moving services within

Washoe, Storey, Douglas, Lyon, Pershing, Churchill

Counties, and Carson City, Nevada on the one

hand and the State of Nevada on the other under

Docket 24-09032.

Persons with a direct and substantial interest in

the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at

the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform

to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on

or before October 30, 2024.
