Carson City road report for October 7 to 13, 2024

Road report as of Thursday. The following applies to Oct. 7-13:

Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

2nd Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic to June 30 for construction.

Dori Way between Lompa Lane and Esther Circle will be closed Monday-Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Kansas Street between Fairview Drive and Industrial Park Drive will be closed Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

Center Drive near the intersection of Topsy Lane will be reduced to a single lane to Nov. 26, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fairview Drive between Idaho St and Haynie Circle will have reduced lanes Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

North Ormsby Boulevard between Newman Place and Washington Street will have reduced lanes to Oct. 14, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Roop Street between Fairview Drive and Colorado Street will have reduced lanes Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Silver Sage Drive is closed to southbound traffic between Colorado Street and Pat Lane. Detour will be provided on Merrit Drive and Pat Lane.

Topsy Lane near the Lyla Lane will be reduced to a single lane to Nov. 26, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wright Way between Stewart Street and Oregon Street will be reduced to a single lane Oct. 7-31, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
