Notice is hereby given that the undersigned

is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee

of the HALL FAMILY TRUST, established

September 3, 1986 (the “Hall Family Trust”).

Celesta J. Hall, also known as Celesta

Jeanette Hall, the surviving grantor/trustor of

the Hall Family Trust, died on March 12, 2024.

A creditor having a claim against Celesta

J. Hall, the estate of Celesta J. Hall, or the

grantor/trustor must file a claim with the

undersigned at the address given below

within ninety (90) days after the date of first

publication of this notice. All claims must

be filed by sending such claim(s) with the

undersigned within ninety (90) days after

first publication of this notice. All claims must

contain on the first page of the claim a title

stating it is a “Claim Pursuant to NRS 164.025”

in a minimum 12-point bold type and such

claim is mailed to the trustee at the address

set forth in this notice with a return receipt

or the creditor obtains written confirmation

of receipt signed by the trustee or trustee’s

counsel. Any claim against Celesta J. Hall, the

surviving grantor/trustor, or against the Hall

Family Trust, as applicable, that is not timely

filed is forever barred.
