NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Lo Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Superstar Transportation (“Seller”) filed an application under Docket 24-10012 for the sale and transfer of the authority to provide charter bus service under CPCN 2292, to Infinity Transportation Las Vegas, LLC d/b/a Infinity Transportation (“Buyer”).
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before November 11, 2024.
