APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93729
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 16th day of July 2024 Nevada Department of Transportation of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.225 c.f.s. and 6.5 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 20, T18N, R37E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE1/4 corner of Section 29, T19N, R37E, bears S 33 degrees 41 minutes 57 seconds W, a distance of 40,996.8 feet (13 miles NE of Middlegate, NV). Water will be used for Quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
