NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

Petitioner LEILA GARCES has filed in this

Court a Petition For Letters Testamentary

With Full Authority Under The Independent

Administration of Estates Act.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing

has been set for November 18th, 2024 at 9:00

am at the Third Judicial District Court, which

is located at 911 Harvey Way Yerington, NV

89447. All persons interested in the estate are

noticed to appear and show cause, if any, why

the above-referenced Petition should not be

granted.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Petitioner

is requesting authority to administer the

estate under the Independent Administrations

of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to

obtain court approval for many actions taken

in connection with the administration of the

Estate. However, before taking such actions,

the Petitioner will be required to give notice

to interested persons unless those persons

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

will be granted unless good cause is shown

why it should not be.

This matter will be approved without further

hearing unless an objection is filed. You do

not need to appear unless you wish to object.
