APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93890
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 19th day of September 2024 Scott Laca and Anna- Lisa Laca of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place of use of 435.365 acre feet, a portion of water heretofore appropriated under the United States of America v. Orr Ditch Co. in Equity No. A-3, Claim No. 3; United States of America v. Alpine Land and Reservoir Co., No. D-183 BRT; both in the Federal District Court of Nevada and Permit 47881, Certificates 16278, 86625, and 88155. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River and Carson River at a point located within Lahontan Dam being within the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 33, T19N, R26E, MDB&M. Water will be used as decreed.
