Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified successor Trustee of the ALLAN V. MACDONNELL TRUST DATED APRIL 11, 2012, as amended. The Trustor of said Trust, namely ALLAN V. MACDONNELL, died on June 7, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate or the Trustor must file their claim with the law office of Boyce & Gianni, LLP, 5890 S. Durango Drive, Suite 110, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
