NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DEBRA TAYLOR and JIMMY BUDDEN are the sole surviving beneficiaries under that DEED UPON DEATH executed by EVA HALLEY on January 18, 2022, and recorded on January 19, 2022, official Records of Lyon County, Nevada, as Document Number 651619. That EVA HALLEY was born on December 10, 1929, and died on August 11, 2024. A creditor having a claim against EVA HALLEY, or her estate must file a claim with the undersigned, ALLISON MacKENZIE, LTD., at the address provided below, within 90 days after the first publication of this Notice.
