property, is the beneficiary under that Deed

Upon Death executed by CELIA RAMIREZ

SANTOWSKI (“Grantor”) on the 29th day

of July, 2014, and recorded on August

1, 2014, official Records of Carson City,

Nevada, as document number 446322.

That CELIA RAMIREZ SANTOWSKI, also

known as CELIA SANTOWSKI, was born

on December 20, 1943, and died on March

13, 2024. A creditor having a claim against

CELIA RAMIREZ SANTOWSKI, also known

as CELIA SANTOWSKI or her estate must

file a claim with the undersigned, ALLISON

MacKENZIE, LTD., at the address provided

below, within 90 days after the first publication

of this Notice.
