will set a private sale upon terms and conditions
as hereinafter state and subject to confirmation
of the above-entitled Court, within one year,
hereafter, all of the right title, interest and estate
that the said Protected Person owns and which
the Protected Person’s Estate has acquired
by operation of law or otherwise, other than or
in addition to that which the Estate of Paulette
Ellen Mitchell now owns in and to real property

the legal description of which is as follows:
