NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sean
M. Tanko, Esq., Attorney for Heather R.
Roedel, will set a private sale upon terms and
conditions as hereinafter state and subject to
confirmation of the above-entitled Court, within
one year, hereafter, all of the right title, interest
and estate that the said Protected Person
owns and which the Protected Person’s Estate
has acquired by operation of law or otherwise,
other than or in addition to that which the
Estate of Paulette Ellen Mitchell now owns
in and to real property located at 1107 Dixie
Lane, Fernley, NV 89408, having the APN
020-53-237, the legal description of which is
as follows:
LOT 327, AS SHOWN ON THE FINAL PLAT
OF DESERT LAKES SUBDIVISION,
RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS
OF LYON COUNTY, NEVADA ON JANUARY
4, 1996 AS DOCUMENT NO. 188868, AND
AMENDED BY CERTIFICATE OF
AMENDMENT, RECORDED ON JUNE 14,
1996 AS DOCUMENT NO. 194392.
More commonly known as: 1107 Dixie Lane,
Fernley, NV 89408
APN: 020-53-237
All bids must be in writing and may be
mailed or delivered to Sean M. Tanko, Ltd.
located at 8530 Del Webb Boulevard, Las
Vegas, Nevada 89134, between the hours
of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at any time after
the first publication and before the date of the
Court Hearing for the Auction of the property
which is yet to be determined. Said sale will be
made upon the following terms and conditions:
