INVITATION TO BID: The Fallon Paiute

Shoshone Tribe is inviting firms to submit

sealed bids for generally contracted

construction services relating to the FPST

LIHTC I - Sagebrush project. The project is

located in Fallon, Nevada, and consists of the

new construction of 22 units in 7 multi-family

buildings and a community building. The

unit mix consists of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom

homes and community spaces that total

29,646 square feet. Sealed bids for General

Contractor Construction Services for the

project will be received by FPST until 2:00

p.m. (Pacific Time) on October 24, 2024.

Interested parties can attend the pre-bid

meeting on 10/01/24 1pm (Pacific Time). Bid

documents may be obtained from Travois

Tribal Tax and TERO provisions are outlined

within the bid documents and questions can

be sent to the TERO office for assistance.
