executed by FORREST E. REEVES as “Grantor” on September 5, 2017, and recorded in the office of the Churchill County Recorder as Document #463091 affecting title to 11250 Fulkerson Rd., Fallon, NV 89406. Notice is given that FORREST E. REEVES died on January 3, 2024, and that said Grantor had a date of birth of September 21, 1934. A creditor having a claim against the Grantor, or his estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
