is the duly appointed and qualified executrix of 

the B. Marie Blanchard estate and successor 

trustee of the Blanchard Family Trust. B. Marie 

Blanchard trustor of that trust died on 

September 8, 2024. All creditors having claims 

against the trust estate are required to file claims with Lynda M Anderson, Executrix/ Successor Trustee, 2251 Bristol Pl, Carson City, NV 89703, within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
