CCSO seeks suspect in attempted vehicle burglary, property destruction

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is seeking to identify a suspect in an attempted vehicle burglary and destruction of private property investigation.

On Sept. 11, a suspect damaged a surveillance camera and windows on a truck parked at the 2700 block of Northgate Lane in Carson City, according to a news release. The suspect was wearing black clothing with a black face covering. The suspect was riding a gold or yellow mountain bike.

On Sept. 18, the subject returned to the Northgate location wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and riding a yellow mountain bike, the release said.
