NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the

for Legal Change of Name was filed in the

above-entitled Court by Petitioner, MATHEW

JOHN AMES, by and through his attorneys,

ALLISON MacKENZIE, LTD., requesting the

Court to legally change his name to MATHEW

JOHN AMES, and confirm all previously

known names, including MATHEW JOHN

VOLODER and MATHEW JOHN VOLODER,

JR., as former names of his. Petitioner

submitted a statement signed under penalty

of perjury that the Petitioner is not changing

his name for any fraudulent purpose. Any

opposition to this Petition should be filed with

the above-entitled Court within ten (10) days

of the first publication of this Notice.
