NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LISA ANN BUENSUCESO has filed a Petition to Admit Estate to Probate, For Issuance of Letters of Administration and for Summary Administration of the Estate of the Decedent, VICTORIA ARLENE SOUZA, and has set the matter for a hearing on 6th day of May, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., in Department II of the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada.
The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Personal Representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
