APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94191
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
25th day of February 2025 Olam West Coast
Inc. of Fernley, Nevada made application to
the State Engineer of Nevada for permission
to change the point of diversion and manner
of use of 5.0 c.f.s., 3,619 a.f.a., of water
heretofore appropriated under Permit 44643.
Water will be diverted from an underground
source (Geothermal) at a point located within
the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 1, T22N, R26E,
MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW
corner of said Section 1 bears S 49 degrees
15 minutes 26 seconds W, a distance of 182.0
feet (approx. 18 miles NE of Fernley, NV).
Water will be used for industrial purposes from
May 10th to December 10th of each year.
The existing point of diversion was located
within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 12, T22N,
R26E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the
W1/4 corner of said Section 12 bears S 82
degrees 44 minutes 34 seconds W, a distance
of 2,486.9 feet. Water was used for industrial
purposes from January 1st to December 31st
of each year.
