under the power of sale pursuant to the terms
of those certain covenants conditions and
restrictions recorded on 1/26/1979, in Book
Number , as Instrument Number 85404 of
official records of Carson City County, and as
amended, United Assessment Recovery, Inc.,
as duly appointed agent under that certain
Delinquent Assessment Lien, recorded on
6/20/2023 as Instrument Number 540462, of
the official records of said county, will sell at
public auction to the highest bidder, for lawful
money of the United States, all right, title,
and interest in the following commonly known
property known as: 280 Allouette Way #2,
Carson City, NV 89701. Said property is legally
described as: 5TH AVE TOWNHOUSES
P.U.D. LOT 60, official records of Carson City
County, Nevada.
The owner(s) of said property as of the date
of the recording of said lien is purported to
be: Suzanne Huttman and Tracy Huttman and
Nicolas T. Huttman
The undersigned agent disclaims any
liability for incorrectness of the street address
and other common designations, if any,
shown herein. The sale will be made without
covenant or warranty, expressed or implied
regarding, but not limited to, title or possession,
or encumbrances, or obligations to
satisfy any secured or unsecured liens. The
