Carson City man arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery and domestic violence

A Carson City man was arrested Friday in Reno after a domestic disturbance earlier in the week. On Feb. 10, deputies responded to the 1200 block of North Curry Street for a report of a domestic disturbance. Deputies gathered information from the victim and learned she identified the suspect as her ex-boyfriend as Matthew Alexander Mann. The victim told deputies that she had an active protection order against Mann.

A former Carson City deputy public defender is facing a felony charge of lewdness with a child under the age of 16. Adam Lawson Woodrum, 46, is accused of fondling a child, according to a complaint filed in Carson City Justice Court.
