BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS
All bidders submitting bids to the State Public Works Division must be qualified as bidders by the State Public Works Division prior to the bid opening.
BIDDER VENDOR REGISTRATION
Prior to award of Contract the successful bidder must have a current vendor registration with both the Nevada State Controller’s Office and NEVADAePro. It is recommended that the prime bidding contractor meets these requirements as soon as possible since these registrations may take up to 30 days to process. Bids will be accepted during the registration period, but a contract cannot be executed until the registrations are complete.
CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE
The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is: $1,881,000.00
