John Leo Barile

John Leo Barile, 65, passed away peacefully April 6th from a hard fought battle with lung cancer.
Beloved son to Mike and Kit Barile, loving brother to Michael, Eddie, Bobby, and Kathy (Jackie). Beloved father to David (Amanda) and Ryan (April). John treasured his 5 beautiful granddaughters and 2 precious grandsons. Beloved uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
Born and raised on Staten Island, NY, John entered the Navy after high school where he was a cook, a profession he excelled at the rest of his life. After the Navy John lived in South Carolina, Maryland, and New York before moving to Nevada and falling in love with Carson City.
He absolutely loved to take his beloved dogs on long walks through the mountains finding treasures along the way. John was a precious soul and made some truly amazing, generous, and dedicated friends.
