Mary Ford-Germano
December 31, 1938 - February 13, 2021
Mary Ford-Germano, of Carson City, passed peacefully
on February 13. Born in Minneapolis in 1938, Mary
Margaret Elizabeth was proud and strong. In her early
life, she was a model, actress, Rockette and Miss
Minnesota in the Miss Universe pageant. She and
her husband Dominic lived at Indian Road Ranch in
Gardnerville and traveled with his music group The
Vagabonds. Later in life, she spent time doing the
things she loved most: entertaining, traveling, mahjong
with friends, sewing, and reading mysteries. She is
survived by daughters Marisa (Rodney) and Jennifer
(Robert), brother Jim (Terri), sister Pattie (Michael), a
granddaughter, and two great-grandchildren. Due to
COVID, the family is planning an online service and
