James Roger Stahl
July 1, 1940 - January 1, 2021
James Roger Stahl sadly passed away on January 1, 2021, in Carson City, Nevada. Jimmy was born on July 1, 1940, in Iowa and grew up in Wisconsin. After high school he joined the U.S. Air Force where he proudly served our country as an Airman. After his service to the country, James settled down in Virginia City, Nevada where he worked for City of Carson Public Works as an engineer.
Jimmy is preceded in death by his father Owna Lee Stahl, mother Martha Gilbertson, sister Betty, brothers Buster and Gary, and son Scott. Surviving is his wife of 41 years, Leone Lee Stahl,, his son Chris (Brittany), his sisters June, Darlene, and Neva, and stepsons John Kennedy (Kim Kennedy), Micah Kennedy and Marty Kennedy (Nicole Kennedy). Jimmy also leaves behind five step-grandchildren (Erin, Logan, Olivia, Jordan, Ellie) and several great step- grandchildren.
Jimmy was a true ol’ cowboy and he will be forever missed. Ride on cowboy, ride away.
