Barbara Jane Nettenstrom
March 10, 1934 - October 27, 2021
Long time Fallon resident, Barbara Jane Nettenstrom, passed away at the age of 87 on October 27, 2021. The daughter of Waino and Hilda Kempinen was born on March 10, 1934, and grew up in Michigan, Arizona, and California.
After graduating high school, she married Robert “Bob” Nettenstrom and moved to Lake Tahoe, Nevada and later settled in Fallon, Nevada. Together they had 3 children: Gary, Ed, and Lynn. Along with 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Barbara loved spending her time sewing for a lot of Fallon residents. Her favorite past times were swimming, playing tennis, riding her favorite horse Ferdie and taking care of others.
Both Barbara and Bob are buried together at The Gardens Cemetery in Fallon, NV.
