He is survived by three children, Mike Crocker, Linda Sigari and Kathy Beamer, and their spouses, Carla, Frank and Bruce; two grandchildren, Tony Crocker and Christy Lewis, and their spouses, Bre and Danny; two great grandsons, Anthony Crocker and Maxwell Lewis; brother, Skip Crocker and his wife Terry; sister, June Cohen and her husband Larry; numerous nieces, nephews and many loved ones.
Dad, your beautiful blue eyes - windows to your loving soul; your smile - so genuine and bright, filling the room with a warm and dazzling light; your values – instilled in us by your words but much more by your actions; your love – ever present, strong and gentle, overflowing freely in every direction. These are but a few of the memories we carry in our hearts. We are so blessed that you are our dad, and we will live each day to make you proud.
Ben, you warmed the room and our hearts with your charismatic presence, always with a song to sing, a tune to strum, a story to tell. Your love for family and friends was huge and you never met a stranger. Thank you for bringing so much joy and laughter into our lives. We love you, we miss you, and we’ll cherish our memories until we all meet again.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.
A Celebration of Life for Ben and Nita will be hosted by the family in the near future.
