Glenn Reed Twitchell 
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Glenn Reed Twitchell of Carson City Nevada 98 years young.
Glen was born in Glendale Arizona on their family ranch then moving to Santa Maria Calif. After high School Glenn joined the United States Coast Guard serving in WW ll.
After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he married his first wife Dorothy McGuire sharing their ranch at Irmulco in northern California having four daughters.
After moving to Sacramento, he married Marilyn Hill raising their son and daughter in Rancho Murieta. He enjoyed a long career, retiring from California State Water Resources Control Board.
After the death of his second wife, he relocated to Nevada returning to his love of country living.
Glenn lived a life brimming with love and accomplishments. He was a proud family man who
always led by example. He was a cowboy, rancher, gardener, camper, skier, golfer for 30 years. He went to the gym through his 97th year, never giving up. He had a wonderful sense of humor, easy to laugh, loved being social and was generous with his time. We will all miss you, Dad.
He leaves 6 children, Annette Stockland, Adrian Davis (Tim), Rene Twitchell, Suzanne Brothers (Steve) Steven Reed Twitchell(Kay) and Jennifer Caron(Greg), six grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
A private Celebration of life will be held at a later date
