Mom passed away Monday November 18, 2024. She was born in Sacramento California on September 18, 1940, to Gerald and Kathleen Mounter.
She was a daughter, sister, mother, aunt and friend to many. She passed away sooner than she would have liked. She always said she wanted to live to be one hundred, sadly not all her years will be on this earth. She raised seven children and lived her life on her own terms. Yard by yard life is hard, inch by inch life’s a cinch, was her motto. She always loved that saying and tried to live by it.
She will be missed. When we remember her, please remember this, “Your mind is a garden your thoughts are the seeds, you can either grow flowers or you can grow weeds”, so grow flowers and remember she loved all of us dearly.
