Rain/snow mix expected to last until 10 a.m.; state workers on 2-hour delay

Nevada state employees in Carson City, Washoe County and Douglas County are on two-hour delay this morning. Gov. Steve Sisolak made the announcement and an email was sent to state employees at 6 a.m.
